Diamond X

DIAMONDX is a new and exciting technology that has recently become available. Using a solid steel frame the diamonds are vacuum braised directly on to the tips of the steel frame. But why use it? (Products Below)
1. COST EFFICIENCY: Longer Tool Life (of up to 70 times) and less down time. This means that the blade costs less to use. The operator is not constantly changing discs over and there is no wastage from discarding blades that are not fully worn.

2. Environmentally and operator Friendly: With DIAMONDX the sparks are greatly reduced, the Odour is eliminated and there is no harmful debris from the tool itself.

3. Safety: Wheel Breakage is eliminated. Traditional bonded abrasives are well known for their tenancy to fracture and break. This creates a huge health and safety concern. However DIAMONDX, with its solid steel body and diamond grits brazed on to the surface has a greatly reduced risk of fracture.
4. Wheel Wear: No Reduction in Tool Size Or Shape. The main disadvantage of the Traditional Bonded Abrasive is the short tool life and the fact that the tool is constantly getting smaller and changing shape. However DIAMONDX will never change shape or size thus maintaining the depth of cut and eliminating wastage, at the same time lasting up to 70 times longer.

5. Application: Variety and Versatility. DIAMONDX offers a wide range of products for cutting, grinding and weld joint removal. Additionally each DIAMONDX product can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as ceramics and polymers..
